Their service was fantastic and they sold my plate and transferred the money direct into my bank account within four days of the transaction completion. I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! My number has been up for a while and I had almost forgotten National Numbers had it advertised. A reasonable price was negotiated and everything went very smoothly and swiftly, less than 3 working days from offer to cash in the bank now that is a result so thank you National Numbers.

After trying the automated website where the option I wanted wasn't available, phoned directly and they sorted everything in one call, it wasn't a problem and was very easy and simple. Really nice guy on end of phone, not pushy at all,
