I ordered a private registration for my husbands 50 th birthday. I received fantastic service and the staff when I phoned were very helpful. The transaction was very quick and efficient and I was so impressed with how the company organised the transfer of documents with the DVLA. I would recommend this company.

To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.

Very professional team making the whole progress go smoothly,in spite of DVLA insisting on an MoT for a 1935 car.Then demanding an inspection afterwards. Would definitely sell/but through them again.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. I dealt with Charlotte here, she is absoutley amazing! Stayed in contact with me all of the time, made sure it was always her I dealt with - came back to take my call just as she was leaving for the day! Explained everything brilliantly to me! So so so good! Would reccomend to anyone!

This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone.
