Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. But it proved worth while, initial great valuation, working with them to reach a middle ground with an offer to satisfaction for both parties. I was told whole process would take 2 weeks, cheque was with me in as little 5 days, well impressed. So much so that I will be putting my other plate up for sale with National Numbers. First class service.

This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. The service is excellent and the whole procedure has always been five star from start to finish.

A very smooth and seamless service from National Numbers. The transaction of my new plate was effortless on my side, other than to attach the new supplied plates onto my car and calling my insurance company. I bought a plate and am in the process of selling my original plate through National Numbers. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.

Bought a cherished plate for my daughter and - without sounding rude - was taken aback at how honest, straightforward and given the complete service (good old customer service) would definitely recommend and would use again.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish.
