NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea.
