Very good and quick service I was unsure of exactly how it worked when you bought a private registration, but when I called to ask, they were very helpful, and explained it easily. No pressure was given to buy immediately, and the man was polite and pleasant to talk to. I wish I could remember his name!!

As soon as a customer offer was received it was dealt with extremely efficiently and the entire process was negotiated and concluded within a few days. very helpful guiding me tho the dvla auction procedure.would recommend to all who want to purchase a cherished plate.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
