Brilliant website and phone app , very well laid out and easy to use , the fact you have a choice to buy the reg outright or finance it for either 6 months or a year is one of the reasons I was atttracted to National Numbers as a purchaser, The whole process of buying my reg to putting it on my car was very straight forward, absolutely chuffed with my private reg purchase and will definitely use again and will more than happy to recommend others to use National numbers ??

From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Guiding this first timer through every stage of the process National numbers bid on my behalf to successfully acquire the number plate I have always wanted. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them every time. You want the best, use the best.

NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets!
