My plate took a while to sell, but once a buyer was found the sale went through quickly. We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion. The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.
