I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. I stumbled across National Numbers and took a chance. I spoke with Marty who advised me that he should see no reason why this plate cannot be sought. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available! Marty explained the auction process again to me and we agreed my maximum bid both over the phone and written. Auction time - I got lucky - No one had bid for the plate except National Numbers and so I won the bid at the reserve price!! Now waiting on Admin to process the paperwork and release the documents to me! Thanks Marty and the the team at National Numbers!

I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
