The service i received was excellent and really great prices and no complaints at all and my partners actually going to get me 1 now from national numbers for my Christmas so thank you national numbers.

It could not be easier to purchase a registration from National Numbers. The whole experience was quick and friendly. The new plates were dispatched quickly. The simple form sent to me just required signing and sending on to DVLA. The whole experience was good.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better
