Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Craig from National Numbers managed to get me 2 matching number plates by requesting then to be released to auction by the dvla. I was sceptical at first but they came through for me getting me my number plates for a very reasonable price at auction. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!
