I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! It was said i'd have pink form within five working days .. It was delivered on the fifth day, can't fault the service. Quick and efficient, from a very happy customer.

Very good and very easy to have you go through step by step the only thing I would say is there?s no option to say no to the number plates which cost me £50 pounds when I could have get them for about £10 pounds so other then that not bad would have been 5 stars

Listed my plate with National Numbers. I received a call with an offer to buy. Once accepted I was sent paperwork by email, returned via post & within 2 days received payment directly to my account. Great service.
