I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. Superb, could not be simpler, better or more efficient, I registered my old plate with National numbers after they gave me a very good valuation and left it with them. Jill contacted me just after Christmas and asked if the plate was still available, she kindly explained there was interest in it and would I accept a figure she gave me, I agreed and said I would be more than happy, and the rest so they say is history... superb service!
