Very good and quick service I was unsure of exactly how it worked when you bought a private registration, but when I called to ask, they were very helpful, and explained it easily. No pressure was given to buy immediately, and the man was polite and pleasant to talk to. I wish I could remember his name!!
We placed our cherished number plate with National Numbers for sale. We rather forgot about it until out of the blue we received an email saying someone had expressed interest and the price seemed fair. After that the process went smoothly only delayed possibly by the fact that we live on a remote Greek Island and getting the signed paperwork back to UK can take a few days. From notification of interest to receipt of funds was less than three weeks so top marks from us for National Numbers. We spotted a few spelling errors on the forms hence we haven't given five stars. 4.75 would be our rating.
I cannot recommend National Numbers highly enough. Their service is second to none. This is my third purchase from them. From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! I have spoken at length with Marty at National Numbers and he has shown great patience in guiding me through the process of buying a private plate. He has been polite and knowledgeable throughout and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for help in sourcing their ideal registration.
For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!
