I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing. I got the documents emailed from them on the Friday, sent them back recorded delivery on the Saturday and the money was in my bank on the Monday. Truly amazing speed!
