From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
