100% excellent service. Phil could not be more helpful and was always on hand through the whole process to explain any questions or concerns I had. There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. Great service and should I ever be purchasing another number plate, I will most certainly be calling National numbers.

Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')
