I have used National numbers twice now to purchase plates from the dvla auctions. Reason being I just did not have time my self to watch the days in the auction. They asked for my max bid and took care of the rest. On the day they called and checked if I wanted to go any higher or stick. I won the plate. Very happy and Eric done as he said he would. This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.
