From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. Purchased silicone number 1. Great quality product very sturdy and robust. Will last a long time. Washes up well and holds it shape. Delivery was super quick and packaged well.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem.
