I found the plate I wanted and due to not fault of theirs it turned out to not be available, a replacement was found and National numbers worked hard to secure it for me. Well I found this a really relaxed experience. Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...

very easy - process explained clearly and assigning the new number was delayed at my request until my daughter's birthday. Perfect.

The person I spoke to was very helpful and even after I made a mistake they changed it for me with no problem, the only thing I didn?t like was the letter they sent with my certificate offering so fast track my registration in a day for £49 when I spoke to the DVLA they told me how to do it online and it took me about 2 mins to do myself for free which they must have known about
