The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . National numbers were extremely helpful and I had a new plate on my car within 5 days and it was zero effort as they did everything for me .

Just sold a registration number through National Numbers. Found the service very professional, from start to finish. Once they received all my paperwork, and monies from the buyer, I was paid by bank transfer. This process took less than a week. Highly recommended.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Was quite hesitant to buy, as I would have preferred to buy directly from the gov website but after reading reviews and speak to a member of staff, who was friendly and professional I was comfortable and am happy to have bought with national numbers. Thanks

I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.

It was all very easy to choose, purchase and officially obtain new number plates. I was very impressed.
