Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

I have bought 4 private plates from these, at first they are not always the cheapest price in the beginning but they've always matched it and beat it by a fiver!! I will always give local people my business if possible

I was very happy from start to finish with National Numbers. They constantly stayed in contact and answered any queries straight away. Within a day of sending my V5c to them they text me to confirm I could change the Plates over and sorted the tax. reccommending to all friends and family
