I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. The website is very easy to use I chose a plate and purchased it. The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted. I received the paperwork within a week. They also offer other services in helping you to transfer the plate and arrange for the numbers plates to be printed as optional. Their service warrants a 5 star rating.
