Hi, National Numbers are ACE.. They took away all the hassle involved in supplying me with my new Ageless Number Plate. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. I am extremley satisfied with their "Spotless professional " services. However I ndo have a question for them.....Am I allowed to keep the logbook for whem I have to sell my vehicle?, as I am new to this and was wondering if in the event of trading up my ML, as my new reg plate is mine to keep forever???. Everything went smoothly from buying online receiving paperwork and plates through the post.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
