They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. The process of choosing a personalised number plate was very easy from choosing the number to paying for it and receiving delivery of the paperwork.

I received a call form Craig at National numbers asking me if I wanted to sell a plate I had given up three years prior. I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!!
