Very helpful staff quick and easy transaction and Helen on the end of the phone after sales

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . S555... Very happy

Great service, only down side is the amount of time it takes the DVLA to do the transfer.

Once the plate was chosen the whole process from first notification to cash in my account took exactly three working days. Plate was on the site for a while, but patience is a virtue. Absolutely delighted and great support once in transit.
