My first time buying a personalised number plate

With the post at the moment there had been a delay but Marty gave me a call explaining what the issue was in these crazy times, and that's all you can ask for. After having a chat, even though it was no fault of theirs they did all they could for me!! Couldn't ask for any more from a business than what they have done for me. Genuine transparent company.

100% excellent service. Phil could not be more helpful and was always on hand through the whole process to explain any questions or concerns I had. There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. Great service and should I ever be purchasing another number plate, I will most certainly be calling National numbers.

I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.

I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you
