I cannot recommend National Numbers highly enough. Their service is second to none. This is my third purchase from them. From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! I dealt with Phil McCarthy and he was totally outstanding! Make them your first choice and I know you won't be disappointed!!

I recently purchased a plate for my boyfriends birthday, staff went out of their way to help me do this as fast and as secretly as possible! Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Great service with regular updates

After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. They were very helpful in organising my selected plates and kept me updated during the auctions. Great personalised customer service and very trustworthy. I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.

Everything was efficiently attended to with professionalism and friendliness.
