Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
