I am very pleased with the service, the overall experience was great, I am now the proud owner of my personal plate, however, I paid the extra for the acrylic number plates, which look great, they do everything I asked during the order process, but I am totally unhappy with the end result, I chose L100 PJN to be with my expectations, I got L100P JN , I am clearly going to have to buy replacements. All of that said, I would use this very professional company again

10/10 can't fault and I very rarely score top marks. Just can't fault this company. Goods delivered as promised, even on a Saturday. Arrived in perfect condition exactly as ordered.

This is the second private registration I've bought from National Numbers and wouldn't go anywhere else. Though the purchases were a couple of years apart, their speed, price and customer service has not waned. They are still an absolutely first class outfit and a DVLA registered supplier, with excellent finance options if you need to spread the cost. Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.

Good service from National Numbers. The only thing I didn't like was the option for number plates. You must purchase your plates from them whereas I would have rather purchased them locally with flag and stuff on them.
