I sold my private reg, the whole process was efficient and I was kept informed at all times. I was abroad at the time but all post was sent out to me quickly and the process was a lot smoother than I expected. I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. I stumbled across National Numbers and took a chance. I spoke with Marty who advised me that he should see no reason why this plate cannot be sought. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available! Marty explained the auction process again to me and we agreed my maximum bid both over the phone and written. Auction time - I got lucky - No one had bid for the plate except National Numbers and so I won the bid at the reserve price!! Now waiting on Admin to process the paperwork and release the documents to me! Thanks Marty and the the team at National Numbers!

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
