I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved.
