I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest. However, Paul was a true gentleman and I managed to get the plate i wanted and gave me the relevantinformationI needed. The paperwork came in a few days, the number plate a week later. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour !
