The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Brilliant service!! They take care of everything for you, from finance to getting the plates ready to put straight on your car. It?s all very smooth sailing, just follow their instructions and you?ll be with your new plates in no time. I like the fact they also call to give you progress reports so you don?t feel like you've been scammed. As it can be quite a long progress so it?s nice to know what?s going on and when things will be ready. Couldn?t fault them so don?t worry about them at all!!

I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. The plates arrived the next day (really nice quality) and the transfer certificate 2 days later. Really good service and nowhere near as expensive as I thought. Great team, great customer service.
