Really easy to use. Admin staff are very helpful, they told me I could register my plates online rather than sending off to DVLA, so simple and quick. Plates arrived within a week of ordering them just before Xmas period. Very good service

Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.
