Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Overall a good experience hence 5 stars. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch
