After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! The person I spoke to was very helpful and even after I made a mistake they changed it for me with no problem, the only thing I didn?t like was the letter they sent with my certificate offering so fast track my registration in a day for £49 when I spoke to the DVLA they told me how to do it online and it took me about 2 mins to do myself for free which they must have known about
