I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I've always wanted a cherished number plate but thought I couldn't afford it. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and purchased my plate entirely online.
