As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone.
