I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. I have dealt with number plates for 30 years and these are by far the best. No scams about lower price offers then selling for higher. I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold.
