I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Excellent and quick service

although my first choice had gone after I had received a confirmation e mail the person who rang me to impart the bad news helped me choose a replacement.
