The person I spoke to was very helpful and even after I made a mistake they changed it for me with no problem, the only thing I didn?t like was the letter they sent with my certificate offering so fast track my registration in a day for £49 when I spoke to the DVLA they told me how to do it online and it took me about 2 mins to do myself for free which they must have known about

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Really easy to use. Admin staff are very helpful, they told me I could register my plates online rather than sending off to DVLA, so simple and quick. Plates arrived within a week of ordering them just before Xmas period. Very good service

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
