Great service and very helpful

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

A few small glitches but soon overcome. Staff were helpful and efficient. I just wish that dealers had better control of the numbers they advertise. One reg National Numbers was advertising had been sold three years ago but they were still advertising it ! To be fair all the dealers seem as bad in this aspect

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! Quick and efficient service excellent staff very friendly.

Last minute present for my husband , was easy to do and very quickly recieved, only thing was that the plates were for a motorbike and I recieved car plates but a quick call and the bike plates were delivered next day .

Within 1 week I had sorted & picked out the Private Reg I required for my wifes birthday, i had ordered it and it had been registered and I even had the new plates on her car. Very impressed with the company and its service and I would highly recomend them to friends & relatives.
