This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

I have no hesitation in recommending National Numbers , they handled the whole process most efficiently , and are always available on the end of the phone if you have any issues - many thanks to you all !!

This company provided the type of service which they should be proud of. Number plates delivered after 4 days. Email confirmation of transfer of registration after 4 days. And the website works well Paul

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! A good service, could have been more pro-active when the seller had lost their certificate, which meant a late Xmas present, but a great price relative to other sellers.
