Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I dealt with a gentleman Called Paul on extension 195, absolutely amazing customer service couldn?t thank him enough made it such an easy process for a first time experience.

A few small glitches but soon overcome. Staff were helpful and efficient. I just wish that dealers had better control of the numbers they advertise. One reg National Numbers was advertising had been sold three years ago but they were still advertising it ! To be fair all the dealers seem as bad in this aspect

Wonderful service. The DVLA took a long time for the wheels of government to grind away but National Numbers handled everything they possibly could, they even made the plates themselves up for me. They quite correctly reassured me about what appeared at first to be a big mistake by the DVLA saying the plate I had bought could not never be transferred from my ageing but rocket propelled luxurious two ton Supercharged Daimler (like the one which used to be driven personally by the Queen) onto any future replacement.

National Numbers sale and transfer procedures were pretty smooth, handling the whole process without any stress. I willingly recommend them to everyone who has a private plate to sell, I don't think you will do better. Well done to all the staff who were very helpful.
