Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! I would definately use again....THANKYOU....!

This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.

National Numbers were very friendly and helpful. I had a few daft questions which they were happy to answer. Would highly recommend them!
