Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

From initial enquiry through to purchase, the service Paul and Ryan gave was excellent. I received updates as to progess etc. Very friendly and professional. Result, a happy customer! Other companies would benefit by looking at the way this company works.
