This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. The service is excellent and the whole procedure has always been five star from start to finish.

And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM.
