After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
