I have used national numbers before and the service was quick and very efficient , I would recommend then always.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Great communication - keeping me well informed throughout the purchase. Personally, I can only but highly recommend Nationalnumbers. A very big thank you for making it so easy!

I registered with them to sell my cherished number. 18 months later I got the call to say they had a buyer. I didn't think it was going to sell to be honest as I had zero contact with them during this time. The process went quickly and the cash was in bank within a few days. Good work !!

What can I say but absolutely fantastic service from these guys 100% honest they found the reg I wanted within a few days I was paying for it and it?s now on my motor thank you guys so much will deffo be using you again

Following my initial enquiry to National Numbers for a certain plate due to be released by DVLA I am now an owner of the perfect cherished number thanks their immense buying power and knowledge. There were some minor issues however these were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the after sales team. I can recommend National Numbers and will definitely use them again in the future. Would have been 5 star only they arrived not in a box that they couldn't be identified as number plates and an invoice for National Numbers stuck on the front. I had ticked the box for surprise gift.
