Excellent customer service. Process was simple and uncomplicated. Thank you

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
Excellent communication and customer service, fast and efficient the whole process took about a week had constant updates by email on progress would highly recommend this company
